Malabo to host the 2026 Transatlantic Roots Gathering

Raíces sin Fronteras announced that the city of Malabo will host the 2026 Transatlantic Roots Gathering, a space that will bring together organizations, artists, teachers and young leaders from Latin America and Equatorial Guinea.

Over three days, the delegations will work in thematic roundtables on culture, education, youth, the environment, cooperation and roots tourism, with the aim of consolidating a shared roadmap for the next three years.

The gathering will include a cultural showcase open to the public with music, gastronomy and heritage exhibitions, reaffirming that shared roots are also a living celebration.
